Description

The City of Birmingham is accepting quotes for the purchase of an artificial , multicolor pre - lit holiday tree and tree topper , including all associated components , accessories , lighting , and hardware necessary for installation and operation . This purchase is to be madeafterthe beginning of the new fiscal year ( July 1 , 2026 ). Delivery of tree , topper , and all accessories must be made on or before October 2nd , 2026 . We are looking to receive quotes for the following tree heights : 42 ' 50 ' 58 ' 70 ' Dealers are asked to provide the following at this time : cost of treecost of topperestimate for shippingdesign and installation specificationswarranty informationA signed agreement between the City and the selected vendor will be required upon approval of thepurchase . A sample agreement is attached for reference . Dealers is responsible for verifying that the artificial tree is suitable for use in the location chosen by the City .
