Description | The primary purpose of the RFP is to secure the most reliable , efficient , and cost - effective Aruba APs ( Model 725 S4A25Afor classroom / office spaces , and Model 745 S5RO1Afor highcapacity areas ) or equivalent . Proposals should include : Any required licensing for the equipment to be installed correctly in the current Aruba Central management console ( 5 - year license required ) A ceiling grid mounting hardware kit for each AP 20 wall mounts for each model ( 40 total ) for areas where a drop ceiling may not be applicable Delivery to the school district The vendor ' s services to install the equipment in our facilities and to set up the equipment |
