AS - NEEDED OPERATOR TRAINING AND CERTIFICATON SERVICES

1 . Scope of Work / Purpose The County of San Diego ( County ), Department of Public Works , is seeking a contractor to provide asneeded operator training and certification services to fulfill the requirement of Occupational Safety and Health Administration ( OSHA ) required training and all required operator certifications for equipment such as that listed herein . 2 . Service Requirements : Contractor must be capable of offering in person operator certification training County ’ s various facilities as designated by the contracting officer ’ s representative ( COR ). 2 . 1 . OSHA required training can be provided in a classroom , virtually or online setting as designated by the COR 2 . 2 . Contractor must be capable of keeping all training records for the County of San Diego in a database that is easily accessible when needed . 2 . 3 . Training profiles for County employees shall be kept and managed by Contractors . 2 . 4 . Contractor must also designate a qualified representative to help resolve request from Cal / OSHA involving training certification and records . 2 . 5 . All services shall comply with all applicable industry standards , laws , and regulations . 2 . 6 . All services must be provided in accordance with industry and professional standards , manufacturer requirements and all Federal , state , county and other government laws , regulations , policies , and procedures . 2 . 7 . All required changes shall be in compliance with terms and conditions specified herein and provided directly to the County
