The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Ashland, intends to issue a solicitation 15B10226Q00000006 for the requirements of: QUARTERLY CERTIFIED HALAL MEALS, FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin April 01, 2026, through June 30, 2026. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, Ashland, PO BOX 888, State Route 716, Ashland, KY 41105. The contract type is a Firm-Fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offer(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about February 05, 2026, and will be posted to the https://beta.sam.gov/.
