The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, intends to issue a solicitation 15B10226Q00000008 for the requirements of: QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE. FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin April 01, 2026, through June 30, 2026. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, Ashland, PO BOX 888 State Route 716, Ashland, KY 41105. The contract type is a firm fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award the responsible offer(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about February 5, 2026, and will be posted to the https://beta.sam.gov/. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. The bids are to be received no later than February 12, 2026, at 12:00pm est. Delivery will not be accepted sooner than April 01, 2026.
