Description | • Removing and grading existing dirt surface of specified 14 , 000 sq ft area at Warehouse complex . • During the grading process , the existing propane tank and concrete barriers will be relocated , both by West Plains Propane & City workers , until Asphalt installation is completed • Re - compacting all areas that are determined necessary , prior to installation of hot mix Asphalt • Installation of hot mix Asphalt at a specified thickness of 3 ”, for the entire 14 , 000 sq ft of covered surface • Dispose of any excess dirt or hot mix that is not usable within the scope of this project • Clean up / Sweep Jobsite to professional specifications for final completion |
