Description | Mt . Juliet desires to have an accurate survey performed of the entire storm system , excluding private water quality / quantity features ( ex . wet ponds , dry ponds , bio retention , pervious pavers , infiltration trenches ). Survey to include private and public storm pipe networks . Survey shall establish material , size , length , condition , life expectancy , LAT & Long , Z values , pictures , GIS map layer . Survey will also provide a written report with location and pictures of assets in disrepair and in need of repair . Survey will be sued to establish an asset management system for future municipal projects . Current Inventory includes 52 . 4 miles of storm pipe within the right of way and 105 . 9 miles of pipe outside the right of way . Catch Basin inventory includes 398 within the right of way and 2158 outside the right of way . Headwalls include 538 within the right of way and 2539 outside of the right of way . A very high likelihood exists that inventory count will increase with survey . Survey to include a score on condition of asses . |
