Grant conditions sometimes require quick turnaround procurement and rapid mobilisation of services, and this process seeks to support these conditions through an Open Framework Scheme for services for single people and couples without children in their care who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and people rough sleeping or at risk of rough sleeping. |
