Description | Tenders please note: Services: Principal Contractor (Construct Only) The Queensland Government through QBuild, a business unit of the Department of Housing and Public Works, invites suitably qualified contractors to submit an offer for: HVAC, Roof and Ceiling Replacement at Atherton Courthouse Eligibility requires at a minimum the following: Appropriate QBCC Builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works Class A Asbestos licence Public Liability Insurance - Minimum of $20m Office located within the FNQ region Prequalification (PQC) Registration Tender documentation is available from the eTender website at https://etender.hpw.qld.gov.au/ Submissions are to be electronic via the QBuild eTender site.
