(“ NYRA ”) is soliciting quotations for up to Twenty - Three ( 23 )* 1 ATMs to Install and Maintain Automated Teller Machines ( ATMs ) for use at NYRA ’ s Belmont Park and Saratoga Racecourse located in Saratoga Springs , NY 12866 . The quotes should reflect a Start Date of June 2026 . The contract term shall be from the date of the bidder ’ s fully executed agreement for 12 months with an option to renew for an additional two 1 - year terms at NYRA ’ s discretion . Proposals will be received by theSenior Director of Procurementat 110 - 00 Rockaway Blvd , Suite 1 , Ozone Park , NY 11417 , no later than 5 PM , prevailing time , on December 29 , 2025 .
