Description | Middle Georgia State University (MGA) established Atrium cloud Onecard services through a competitive bid process, awarding the RFP in 2021 to Atrium, formerly JSA Technology Card System LP) MGA is providing public notice of it's intent to award a contract to Atrium for card services. MGA seeks to award this contract for one (1) year with four (4) optional, one (1) year renewals. Atrium has been identified as the sole source for this purchase for the reasons stated in this posting. Any supplier capable of providing the identified services may challenge this sole source determination by filing a written protest with the Assistance Commissioner of State Purchasing in accordance with Section 6.5 of the Georgia Procurement Manual. |
