( NYRA ) is seeking a project manager to consult , supervise , test and transition all audio / visual aspects of new installations at Belmont Park which is being rebuilt with an opening scheduled for September 18 , 2026 . Substantial completion of the works , including all testing , must be done by September 17 , 2026 . Failure to substantially complete the work by this date will result in imposition of liquidated damages as described below .
