The audiovisual service provider will be tasked with developing content for the social media profiles Facebook, Instagram and X (Twitter) and/or other online and electronic platforms, explaining the European Commission’s initiatives and policies to target audiences, presenting short- and long-term measures implemented, providing representation with the necessary audio visual solutions. The provider will also be required to carry out a social media and/or online activity analysis and reporting on the results achieved, as requested by the Representation. In the coming years, particular emphasis will be placed in the planned communication on the instruments of the Recovery and Resilience Plan and Facility, as well as the presentation to the wider public of the work priorities of the College of the European Commission, including the European Green Deal, the Health Union, the rule of law and human rights, the digital and green transitions, solidarity with Ukraine, etc. Part of the work can be linked to the adaptation of visual material to the needs of different target audiences in Latvia, such as video production; titration, assembly, etc. At the same time, the service provider will have to provide audible visual creation, i.e. produce the material, the requested service from ideology to the technical solution and its implementation (e.g. climbing videos, high quality photo collages, animations, infographics, etc.). The audiovisual service provider will work under the responsibility of a project manager designated by the Representation of the European Commission to create, coordinate and implement the required audiovisual and digital communication solutions.
