Description | The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit proposals from professional CPA firms to provide financial auditing and related services for Ogden City School District ( District ) commencing with the year ending June 30 , 2026 . The District is required to undergo annual financial and compliance audits by a Certified Public Accountant in accordance with : • Auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America • Government Auditing Standards • The Uniform Guidance • The State Compliance Audit Guide Audit and attestation reports must be submitted to the District ’ s Board of Education , Office of the Utah State Auditor , and Utah State Board of Education when due . This RFP is designed to provide interested firms with sufficient basic information to submit proposals meeting minimum requirements but is not intended to limit a proposal ’ s content or exclude any relevant or essential data . Proposing firms are encouraged to expand upon the specifications to evidence service capability under any agreement . |
