Description | The system must be suitable for incubator or controlled - environment use , complete with optics , software , accessories , cabling , manuals , and installation materials for immediate operation and integration with existing InViVO2 workstation . Technical Requirements Imaging capability : Live - cell imaging system for incubator / controlled environment operation ( 37 ° C , 5 % CO2 , high humidity ). Imaging modes : Brightfield + fluorescence imaging with at least two independent channels ( compatible with Green and Red ). Optics : At least three interchangeable magnifications ( e . g ., 4x , 10x , 20x or equivalent range ) for multi - scale cell morphology and growth monitoring . Focus : Automated autofocus with manual override capability . Stage : Motorized multi - position scanning compatible with standard formats ( 6 - to 96 - well plates , dishes , T - flasks ). Acquisition : Time - lapse imaging with programmable schedules , multi - position scanning , Z - stack capability . Remote operation ( mandatory ): Full network - based control including experiment setup , parameter adjustment , start / stop , live monitoring , and data access / transfer from user workstations — no physical presence required during routine operation . Software : Dedicated application for acquisition , basic analysis ( confluency , wound healing , cell counting ), and export to standard formats ( TIFF , AVI , CSV , PNG )... |
