Background : Memorial Union and Housing & Residence Life has identified a need to find a storage solution in student life spaces at University of North Dakota . Scope of Work The university is seeking an electronically securable , cloud - based locker storage solution to support Housing and Memorial Union customer - facing services located within multiple campus buildings . The solution should enable students , faculty , and staff access to physical lockers via a web interface without requiring a mobile app , the solution must integrate with the university ' s Single Sign - On ( SSO ) authentication and provide real - time electronic tracking of locker usage and stored items . The system must comply with all campus privacy and data security standards ( e . g ., FERPA ), HECVAT , and meet digital content ( WCAG 2 . 1 AA ) accessibility requirements per the Title II Americans with Disabilities Act . The university assesses a product ’ s compliance through completion of a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template ( VPAT ) template . The vendor ’ s solution must provide functional , scalable options to support modular deployment with no minimum locker or user count and have the capacity and equipment inventory to support potential future expansion with other university departments . Vendors will also be evaluated on a demonstration of a straightforward integration , reliable performance history record , and having a plan for providing training and ongoing customer service and technical support .
