GENERAL CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS ( No AIA Documents ) PURPOSE AND SCOPE : The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of West Virginia Division of Highways ( WVDOH ) to establish a contract for the following : Purchase and installation of a drive through carwash . The Vendor shall furnish all materials , labor , and equipment necessary to complete all Construction Services . The Vendor shall furnish any incidental work , materials , labor , and equipment that are necessary to complete the Construction Services , even if such incidental work is not explicitly included in the Project Plans . EXHIBIT B – PROJECT PLANS 1 . 1 Mandatory Contract Item Requirements : Contract Item must meet or exceed the mandatory requirements listed below . 1 . 1 . 1 Shall have dual step pre - soak . 1 . 1 . 2 Shall have on board wheel cleaner application . 1 . 1 . 3 Shall have on board spot free rinse and wax . 1 . 1 . 4 Shall have on board high pressure wheel and rocker blasters . 1 . 1 . 5 High pressure surface agitating at minimum 40 GPM . 1 . 1 . 6 Shall have low and high pressure pump stand with a minimum 25HP 3 phase motor and minimum 40 GPM giant pump . 1 . 1 . 7 Shall have high pressure undercarriage wash . 1 . 1 . 8 Shall be dual arm with a minimum 28 rotating 0 degree high impact nozzles . Surface impact shall be 45 degrees . 1 . 1 . 9 Shall have a hydraflex chemical injector pressure pump station . 1 . 1 . 10 Shall have a programmable wash computer with a minimum 10 inch touchscreen wit internet remote access for diagnostics and cabinet . 1 . 1 . 11 Shall have linear bearing dual arm drive system . 1 . 1 . 12 Shall be equipped with auto home and auto reset . 1 . 1 . 13 Shall have automated vehicle sizing and virtual start position . 1 . 1 . 14 Shall have entrance STOP / GO directional lights . 1 . 1 . 15 Shall have gantry freeze blowdown protection . 1 . 1 . 16 Shall have automatic bay door control terminals and software . 1 . 1 . 17 Operator shall be able to choose wash one or wash two .
