All licensing , hosting , updates , and technical support for the system must be obtained directly from the developer . The City ’ s existing data , workflows , reporting structures , and operational processes are fully integrated within this platform . The City has utilized this system for over ten ( 10 ) years , resulting in a significant accumulation of historical records and institutional reliance on the platform . Renewing the existing software ensures continuity of operations , preservation of historical records , and ongoing compliance with applicable reporting requirements . Transitioning to a different system would require data migration , system reconfiguration , staff retraining , and potential disruption to shelter operations . |
