Description

Adur District, Worthing Borough and Arun District council are seeking a provider to deliver it's stray dog and kennelling service. The council's are proposing to use an open tender process to appoint contracts across up to 2 lots; Lot 1: Arun Council Lot 2: Adur and Worthing Councils The Contract term will be up to 5 years with an initial 2 years terms and up to 3 x 1 year extensions. The service will involve the collection of reported stray dogs in the Adur, Arun or Worthing Council areas, their kennelling for up to 7 days and management of owner collection / unclaimed strays. This will include all relevant care and reporting requirements. In order to ensure that dogs can be collected from a suitable location this tender will be limited to providers who can offer kennelling locations within West Sussex or it's direct neighbours. This tender is limited to those providers who are able to demonstrate they have a valid and acceptable standard of dog kennel boarding license. Across all three areas the average number of dogs collected was 120 per year. To view this notice, please click here: https://www.delta-esourcing.com/delta/viewNotice.html?noticeId=1008109591
