Description | The New York Racing Association ( NYRA ) is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of red and white vinyl awnings of various sizes , to be installed at NYRA ’ s Saratoga Race Course . This RFQ project requires all awnings to be delivered no later than May 4 , 2026 . The term of any agreement entered as a result of this RFQ shall be until successful delivery and acceptance of the goods to NYRA ’ s satisfaction . Quotations will be received by the Senior Director of Procurement at 110 - 00 Rockaway Blvd , Suite 1 , South Ozone Park , NY 11417 , no later than 5 : 00 PM , prevailing time , on Wednesday , March 18 , 2026 . Complete details and specifications relating to the proposed work are available and can be downloaded from the Empire State Purchasing Group Website : https :// www . bidnetdirect . com / new - york / nyra .
