Companies must have a current Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification status that meets or exceeds the requirements in future solicitation or contract .** Reference Notice ID FA8507_Azimuth_GearboxThe United States Government is conducting market research in order to refine its requirements for the qualification and production of an Azimuth Gearbox Assembly ( AGA ) suitable to control the positioning of 27 meter dish radar . The level of security clearance an amount of foreign participation in this requirement has not been determined , however , the Contractor Should anticipate working with teams consisting of military , civilian , and national partners , and contract personnel from various services and agencies . Contractors / Institutions responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or awards . The Government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey . At this time , the Government is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsoclited proposals . In accordance with FAR 52 . 215 - 3 : 1 . The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market research or otherwise pay for the information solicited except as an allowable cost under other contracts provided in Subection 31 . 205 - 18 , Bid and Proposal Costs , of the Federal Acquisition Regulation . 2 .
