Description | The United States Government ( USG ) has a requirement for design - build construction services to replace the existing Direct Digital Control ( DDC ), and associated equipment with new equipment in Building 1501 located on Mountain Home Air Force Base ( MHAFB ). Contractor is to provide all labor , materials , services , oversight , and direction to complete the construction / installation of the requirements identified in this Statement of Work ( SOW ) to replace all controls for 2 AHU ’ s , 20 VAV ’ s with reheat , 4 VAV ’ s with reheat and CO2 , 2 Fan coil units ( AC - 1 & 2 ), install 1 HVAC Emergency Shutdown switch , 1 hot water system control , 1 Hot water loop pump , 1 Outside Air sensor , and 1 BACnet Router |
