Description | This solicitation is strictly restricted to a sole source vendor in accordance withFAR 6 . 302 - 1 ( Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements ). The contractor shall provide all personnel , equipment , tools , materials , supervision , and quality control necessary to perform refrigerant circuit repairs on two ( 2 ) Liebert cooling units ( Model : DS105AUA1SI036S ) at the 180th Fighter Wing facility , as defined in this Performance Work Statement . Contractor shall be minimum level 1 certified with Vertiv ( manufacturer ) to service equipment . |
