Description | The National Institute of Standards and Technology ( NIST ), Boulder Campus , intends to procure a contractor to provide all labor , materials , equipment , and supervision necessary to install a hot water recirculation line and two associated recirculation pumps in Building 26 ( Daycare Center ). Work includes mechanical piping modifications , electrical connections to existing panelboards with new breakers and disconnects as required , and compliance with current NEC and NIST site standards . Due to the facility ’ s daycare operations , work will require close coordination and may include off - hour activities . The project will also include an optional line item for furnishing and installing a new water heater with associated piping in Building 111 . All work will be performed at the NIST Boulder Campus , Boulder , Colorado . |
