Description | Chorley & South Ribble Borough Council have awarded this contract via the NHS SBS Framework - Digital Workplace Solutions 2 (SBS10510).This service provides an end-to-end managed service for the entire backup solution including:• High Priority Incident Management• Transition period between service inception and go live• Provide day to day (BAU) monitoring of customers backup solution• Provide a co-operate BAU change control for the client's backup solution• Provide timely and accurate updates and resolutions to issues arising with the customer'sbackups• Complete daily backup administration tasks• Verify restore procedures are working and data is viable for emergency recovery• Provide capacity management and advice to the customer to ensure all important data is backedup.• Maintain and provide documentation control of relevant backup solution documentation |
