Offeror to state the height measurement . 3 . 2 Bucket seats with retractable seat belts 4 . No cab . 5 . Engine , Unleaded – Offeror to state make and horsepower . 6 . Minimum engine instruments : fuel level , water temperature , oil pressure , run time or hour meter , battery voltage meter , and ignition switch . 7 . Transmission : industrial multi - speed automatic with a torque converter . The drive axle shall be a minimum heavy - duty 6 , 000 lb . capacity axle with a drop box . Transmission will have auxiliary cooler in addition to radiator cooler . The drive shaft type will be double universal , sliding spine coupling . 8 . Power steering . 9 . Battery : 12 - volt , negative ground electrical system . Offeror to state battery type , including the name of the battery manufacturer . 10 . Master battery disconnect switch . 11 . Minimum 12 U . S . gallons ( 45 . 43L ) fuel capacity . Offeror to state tank capacity and type ( i . e . steel , plastic , etc .) 12 . Minimum 15 - quart heavy - duty radiator and fan . Offeror to state capacity . |
