Ballot-Marking Maintenance and Support Services for Disabled Voters

This Contract covers the continued statewide maintenance and support of Client Agency’s existing Contractor accessible ballot-marking System used to provide private and independent ballot-marking for voters with disabilities. Contractor shall provide all Deliverables and Perform all Services necessary to maintain the existing statewide inventory of deployed and spare Contractor ballot-marking Systems, proprietary software, firmware, peripherals, accessibility components, assistive interfaces, including Sip-n-Puff enhancements where deployed, related accessories, Documentation, and like-for-like replacement components in operational readiness throughout the Term. Deliverables under this Contract include, but are not limited to, annual software maintenance and support, annual hardware maintenance, ballot preparation and audio programming, training and support for election officials and Client Agency personnel, help desk Services, technical support, remote and on-site troubleshooting, repair and replacement Services, replacement parts, replacement consumables required for ballot printing, Documentation, reporting, and other related Services necessary to ensure continuity of accessible voting operations during primaries, elections, and other election events identified by Client Agency.
