Specifications include , but are not limited to : Course Design and Structure : • Develop a comprehensive curriculum that thoroughly covers all essential topics and components of the Uniform Bar Examination ( UBE ) and the NextGen Uniform Bar Exam ( NextGen UBE ). • Organize the course into a 13 - week program , with each week consisting of multiple sessions focusing on various subjects and the skills needed for the UBE and the NextGen Uniform Bar Exam ( NextGen UBE ). • Ensure a balanced approach with a mix of lectures , interactive sessions , practice tests , and review sessions to enhance learning . • Ensure that interventions and curriculum enhancements align with the competencies required for the NextGen Bar Exam Instructional Content : • Create and deliver high - quality instructional materials , including lecture notes , presentation slides , reading materials , and practice questions . • Recommend Multistate Bar Examination ( MBE ) subjects to cover . • Develop materials for the Multistate Essay Examination ( MEE ) that provide comprehensive preparation for the essay topics tested . • Prepare practical exercises and resources for the Multistate Performance Test ( MPT ) to build legal analysis , reasoning , and problem - solving skills . • Develop materials for the Integrated Question Sets ( IQS ) that provide comprehensive practice of combined multiple - choice and short - answer formats .
