a . Compile and analyze bat occurrence data provided by the NJ DEP and partners to draft the HCP . The Contractor is responsible for requesting the pertinent information and data from the NJDEP and may be required to sign a data sharing agreement for access to some data ; If further data is needed , the Contractor may access state property and use data recorders capable of collecting the information for producing the deliverables outlined in Section 1 . 7 of this contract ; Supply all necessary equipment and tools for the completion of all additional data collection and deliverables required under this contract ; Complete a draft HCP that is to be reviewed by the Project Management Group during regularly scheduled meetings throughout the draft creation process . The HCP should contain the chapters outlined in Section 1 . 5 ; Incorporateappropriateterminology , figures , tables , anddiagramsinto HCP draft ; EnsurethattheHCPreflectscompliancewith NEPArequirementsfor submitting an Incidental Take Permit application to USFWS ; Provide clear , site - specific , and practicalguidanceforforestersandland managers ; and Facilitate Project Management Group , Stakeholder Committee , and Technical Advisory Committee review and input processes , and adopt feedback from committees into HCP draft .
