Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the quote due date from 27 August 2026 to 31 August 2026 to allow the Government time to review RFI responses and evaluate potential revisions to the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA468626QS022 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the surface replacement of the Beale AFB running fitness track. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. (ii) A list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure: CLIN 0001: Track Surface Replacement (IAW the attached PWS) (iii) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, management, and supervision necessary to perform a complete rubberized surface removal and resurfacing of the installation’s oval running track. This is a non-personal services contract. The scope includes the full removal and disposal of the old track surface, protection of adjacent facilities, installation of a new 13mm full-pour polyurethane synthetic track surface, application of a paved transition strip, and the precise striping of lanes and markings for all components of the Air Force Physical Fitness Readiness Assessment. The contractor’s performance must adhere to the standards set forth in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), including relevant Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), NCAA, and ASTM standards.
