Description | 1. The Contractor shall: a. Conduct psychiatric consultations for DDS individuals referred by the DDS Program Manager within three (3) weeks of the DDS Program Manager appointment request, b. Submit a written consultation report to the DDS Program Manager, and c. Be available for phone consultations to answer questions regarding the written consultation report as requested by the DDS Program Manager. 2. Follow up sessions: As determined necessary by DDS Program Manager to re-assess individuals, their progress on medication or other therapeutic modalities. The DDS Program Manager may schedule follow up sessions with the Contractor at dates and times agreed upon by the Contractor and DDS Program Manager. |
