Belle Terre Trenchless Pipe Rehabilitation Phase II

The City of Palm Coast seeks proposals from qualified contractors to provide trenchless pipe rehabilitation services for the repair of aging, damaged, and deteriorated stormwater infrastructure. The project focuses on three sections along Belle Terre Parkway, located north of Palm Coast Parkway and south of Matanzas Woods Parkway (refer to location maps for additional details). The work includes the rehabilitation of seventeen (17) stormwater pipes beneath Belle Terre Parkway. These pipes vary in length and diameter, and all require trenchless methods for restoration. Contractors must be experienced in trenchless pipe rehabilitation techniques and capable of performing work that minimizes disruption to traffic and surrounding infrastructure.
