Description	Das Bundesamt für Justiz (BfJ) nutzt seit mehreren Jahren Adobe Acrobat Pro als zentrale Standardsoftware für digitale Dokumentenbearbeitung, rechtssichere PDF-Erstellung, qualifizierte elektronische Signaturen (QES), forensische Schwärzung sensibler Daten sowie barrierefreie PDF-Dokumente. Alle maßgeblichen Fachverfahren und Geschäftsprozesse sind auf die Funktionalität von Acrobat Pro ausgerichtet. Die Software wird zentral über ein Citrix-Terminalserver-Infrastruktur bereitgestellt; ein Master-Image wird per Citrix Provisioning (PVS) auf rund 100 Serverinstanzen verteilt. Ziel ist die fortgesetzte, sichere und ausfallsichere Nutzung von Adobe Acrobat Pro. Die Lizenzierung soll künftig ausschließlich über das Modell „Feature Restricted Licensing – Offline“ erfolgen, das Bestandteil des ETLA-Vertragsmodells vom Hersteller Adobe ist. Im Rahmen dessen werden insgesamt 250 Mietlizenzen benötigt, um den Bedarf im BfJ abzudecken.
