Specifications ; Rooms 113 , 114 , 115 , 116 , 119 , 120 and 122 ● Removal and disposal of existing cabinetry , counter tops , shelving , plumbing fixtures and backsplash ● Installation of new cabinets , countertops , plumbing fixtures and backsplash to match current height and layout of existing cabinets ● Installation must comply with ADA requirements ● 4 ” back splash ● Touchless Faucets ( provided by owner ) ● Single bowl stainless sink 20 ” x22 ” x8 ” ( ADA accessible cabinetry section ) ● Reconnect to supply and waste water connections in accordance with ADA requirements ● 5 1 / 16 ” on - center stainless wire pulls on all new cabinetry ● Surface mount , concealed , soft close hinges ● New design of cabinetry to match existing layout with the exception of room 114 ( see attachment A ) ● New cabinets for room 115 on east wall to match room 113 ● Cabinets ○ Formica ○ Aged ash 8844 - WR vertical grain or equivalent ○ ¾ ” cabinetry , doors and shelves ● Countertop ○ Wilsonart : high rose 4996 - 38 or equivalent ● Shelving ○ 3 / 4 ” thick ○ Adjustable and removable ● Floor repair as needed ; The awarded bidder shall give all necessary notices , obtain all permits , and pay all government sales taxes , fees , and other costs .
