Access to the site must be gained from a paved city / town road or State Highway 2 . 1 . 6 . The preferred location is along the Interstate 89 corridor , between Exits 9 and 18 or along Route 7 South to the Shelburne / Hinesburg area . 2 . 1 . 7 . The preferred location would be in an area that has access to public transportation and near employment opportunities . 2 . 1 . 8 . Improved properties will be considered . 2 . 2 .
