Description | The project is located in 2nd Avenue South between Grant Street and South 12th Street . This project involves replacing approximately 156 lf of existing 10 - inch by 14 . 5 - inch elliptical cement pipe with 12 - inch HDPE by pipe bursting methods . The Contractor shall provide pipe bursting work only . The City will provide the remainder of the work , including : 1 . Pipe bursting pits . 2 . Removal and replacement of two sanitary sewer manholes . 3 . Reestablishing sanitary pipe and service connections . 4 . Removals and site restoration for curb , gutter , pavement , and landscaping . 5 . Sanitary sewer bypass pumping . 6 . Associated traffic control . 7 . Construction Permits . 8 . Field quality control , including compaction testing , concrete testing , and asphalt testing . |
