Port Huron Area School District will accept sealed proposals for Garfield Elementary Cafeteria Graphics Design and Installation All OSHA safety regulations are to be followed and included in the quote . All permits and certifications are the sole responsibility of the contractor . Work must be bid using current prevailing wage rates in the State of Michigan . The contractor must provide proof of prevailing wage rates by submitting form WH - 34 - 7 when requesting payment . See below and attached rate schedules The contractor shall be responsible for obtaining and compliance with all permits , local , state and federal codes for the materials , scheduling all inspections , storage , handling and disposal of materials .
