Description | Mountain View Electric Association , Inc . ( MVEA ) is requesting proposals for engineering services and commissioning services at two MVEA substations . The substations are Black Squirrel and Gresham substations , both located near Black Forest , CO . Black Squirrel currently has ( 6 ) SEL 351S relays in ABB RMAG Breakers and will be replaced with SEL 751 relays . Gresham currently has ( 6 ) Cooper Form 6 relays in Eaton - Cooper VWEs and will be replaced with SEL 651RAs . SCADA is to be installed at both substations utilizing Axion 2240s . See more |
