This will be a base plus 4 option years contract . Bast year starting 4 / 1 / 2026 - 3 / 31 / 2027 . A new solicitation was replaced 2 / 25 / 2026 9 : 47am adding clauses 52 - 212 - 1 and 52 - 212 - 2Solcitation was amended 2 / 26 / 2026 to change response date to 3 / 03 / 2026 @ 4 : 00pm EST and also added historical average delivery per month in SOW
