Description | The selected Offeror shall provide the following services : 1 . Address reported problems , if any found 2 . Check boiler control for any lockout or error messages 3 . Inspect boiler interior 4 . Check wiring and connections , tighten as needed 5 . Check for leaks ( water , gas , flue , condensate etc .) 6 . Verify flue and air lines in good condition 7 . Check air and vent termination screens , if accessible 8 . Check and replace intake air filter as needed 9 . Inspect condensate trap , check condensate drain system 10 . Check system water pressure 11 . Operate relief valve 12 . Test and reset low water cutoff 13 . Check makeup water meter , if present 14 . Check boiler control settings 15 . Check the ignition and both flame sense electrodes ( sand off any deposits ; clean and reposition ) replace if needed 16 . Remove , clean , and inspect burner 17 . Rinse the heat exchanger 18 . Reassemble boiler with all new Original Equipment Manufacturer ( OEM ) gaskets 19 . Perform startup commissioning sequence 20 . Flame inspection ( stable , uniform ) 21 . Check both flame signals |
