Description | A . LOCATION : PARKERSBURG SOUTH HIGH SCHOOL Includes : 1 . Material and Labor 2 . Demolition of the existing boilers , flues and pumps with disposal off site ( to include any additional fees related to disposal ) 3 . Existing housekeeping pad to be reused 4 . Furnish and install five Lochinvar high efficiency boilers 5 . Replace the two exiting base mount primary pump 6 . Furnish two base mount pumps for branch heating loop 7 . Pumps will include new triple duty valves and trim 8 . Furnish and install VFD for the four new pumps 9 . General piping required for the new boilers and pumps 10 . Venting for the new boilers 11 . Insulation of the new hydronic piping required for the installation of equipment 12 . Power wiring to the new equipment 13 . Start of the system and training 14 . Upon completion of installation , there needs to be a flushing of the boiler lines and rust inhibitor chemicals added B . LOCATION : WILLIAMSTOWN HIGH SCHOOL Includes : 1 . Material and Labor 2 . Demolition of the existing boilers , flues and base mount pump with disposal off site ( to include any additional fees related to disposal ) 3 . Install a new 6 to 8 " high housekeeping pad for the new boilers 4 . Furnish and install two Lochinvar high efficiency boilers 5 . Replace the one exiting base mount pump , 6 . Furnish and install VFD on the one existing pump and the new stand by pump 7 . General piping required for the new boilers and pumps installation 8 . Venting for the new boilers 9 . Insulation of the hydronic piping 10 . Power wiring to the new equipment 11 . Start of the system and training 12 . Upon completion of installation , there needs to be a flushing of the boiler lines and rust inhibitor chemicals added |
