Description | It is the intent of these specifications to obtain l00 % complete preventative maintenance ( PM ) for the hydraulic pass two ( 2 ) stop elevator . This service agreement shall include monthly preventive maintenance , repair or replacement of worn or defective components , lubrication , cleaning and adjusting . All materials , labor , tools and equipment necessary to provide this service must be provided by the contractor . Any work not specifically mentioned , but which is needed to make the maintenance complete within the intent of this specifications , shall be performed without additional cost . Contractor shall systematically examine , adjust and lubricate the elevator to provide PM as frequently as indicated herein . Contractor shall check - in / check - out upon each service call to provide verification that service has been provided . |
