The Contractor will provide Dental Services as required by the medical services staff . Services will be performed at Boswell Regional Center . Any treatment / procedure other than examinations , x - rays , cleanings , fillings , and simple extractions will be recommended to and approved by the Medical Service Director or designee prior to the performance of such procedure . Any referral to another dentist or specialist must be approved , in advance , by the Medical Service Director or designee . All other services will be as emergency services or must be preapproved by the Medical Services Director or designee . The Nature and scope of the work will be : providing comprehensive diagnostic services and evaluation of each client ' s needs , including examinations , dental cleaning , and dental x - rays annually , providing necessary treatment services for all individuals , providing emergency treatment for individuals as required , providing dental progress notes on all individuals indicating the services provided . Each clinic will last two - to - four hours in length .
