Description | Project scope consists of removing all carpet throughout the existing school and replacing with new flooring and new base ; removing VCT flooring and base in select areas of the administration area and replacing with LVT flooring and new base ; re - painting all gypsum walls and soffits and wall - mounted grilles in corridors and public areas ; re - painting all hollow metal doors & door frames in corridors and public areas ; cleaning all interior glass ; sealing penetrations in rated walls and installing fire sealant in expansion joints where damaged or missing ; adding trophy casework with wall graphics throughout school ; removing lockers in areas to receive new trophy casework ; and providing new dimensional lettering at lobby . |
