Description | Die Gemeinde Rottach-Egern plant, das Rathaus an der Nördliche Hauptstraße 9 rückzubauen und durch einen Neubau zu ersetzen. Das Rathaus steht auf dem Flurstück Nr. 63/2 der Gemarkung Rottach-Egern. Das annähernd ebene Flurstück weist eine rechteckige Grundform auf. Es hat eine maximale Ausdehnung von ca. 30 m in Nord-Süd-Richtung und von ca. 100 m in Ost-West-Richtung. Das Grundstück wird nach Osten von der Nördlichen Hauptstraße, nach Westen von einer unbebauten Grünfläche und nach allen anderen Seiten von bereits bebauten Grundstücken begrenzt. Das Rathaus umgreift eine Grundfläche von ca. 625 m². Es ist teilweise unterkellert. Neben dem Erdgeschoß bestehen zwei Obergeschosse und ein Dachgeschoß. Das Gebäude ist in Teilbereichen sicherlich über 100 Jahre alt. Bis heute wurden mehrfach Erweiterungs-, Umbau und Ertüchtigungsmaßnahmen ausgeführt. |
