Description | The purpose of this Request for Proposal ( RFP ) is to enter into a contract between the Utah Department of Transportation ( UDOT ) and a qualified partner to provide essential , expert guidance to the Utah Broadband Center ( UBC ) regarding the administration , compliance , and subgrantee contracting for the federal Broadband Equity , Access , and Deployment ( BEAD ) Program . The team must possess a deep background in Federal Grant Administration ( 2 CFR 200 ) and Telecommunications / Broadband Industry regulatory issues to effectively support the UBC in its role as the Eligible Entity and Pass - Through Entity . |
