Description | The WVDED seeks an engineering firm to provide engineering , project management , special project coordination , and staff augmentation services throughout all stages of design , construction , implementation , and close - out of broadband infrastructure projects administered by and through the Office of Broadband . The selected firm must work in partnership with the Office of Broadband , its lead broadband consultants and other partners , state and federal agencies , and broadband service providers to successfully implement West Virginia ' s comprehensive broadband initiative . This initiative includes broadband infrastructure projects throughout West Virginia . Due to the magnitude of the State ' s broadband initiative , the selected firm must present a detailed staffing plan with dedicated personnel and specific resources to support this work . The Vendor will be required to execute a Non - Disclosure Agreement with the WVDED . |
