Description | Notice is hereby given that Department of Health has authorized Aquarion Water Company to public bid the Brook Acres Wellfield PFAS Treatment Project under the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund ( DWSRF ) contained in Section 22a - 482 - 4 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies ( RCSA ) to improve existing water infrastructure . Description of Activity : The project includes constructing a 18 ' x 36 ' treatment facility to provide improved treatment for PFAS removal . The project will include constructing an above - ground facility inclusive of civil , mechanical , electrical , instrumentation , and site work . |
