Description | CCRPC is issuing this Request for Proposals with the intent of selecting one primary and one alternate Qualified Environmental Professional ( QEP ) Firm to provide programmatic oversight of the remediation activities funded by the CCRPC Brownfields RLF . The QEP firm ( s ) will also assist with compliance with all terms and conditions of the RLF cooperative agreement and ensure all deliverables necessary for reporting and record keeping are received . The Programmatic QEP Firm will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the scientific , engineering , and technical aspects of CCRPC ’ s RLF program for the duration of its CA with EPA . |
