Description | Removal of existing rubber safety surfacing tiles , including perimeter edge tiles , and ADA accessible rubber ramps . Remove all glue residues on existing pavement and prepare existing asphalt paving to accept new rubber safety surfacing tiles . Replace with new rubber safety surfacing tiles , perimeter edge tiles and TWO ADA rubber access ramps . Layout , overall configuration , and placement of new rubber tiles and accessories shall generally match existing set - up , except for the addition of an additional ADA ramp . The existing dimension of the overall tiles work area is approx . 58 ft . x 40 ft ., or 2 , 320 sq . ft . These dimensions are FOR GENERAL REFERENCE ONLY . Contractor shall field verify exact dimensions . Contractor shall trim tiles around existing play structure posts and any vertical component . At certain areas rubber poured - in - place granule surfacing material infill may be required . |
